This Privacy Policy explains how Blom collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the app. Blom is a gratitude journaling app designed to help you record daily moments of appreciation, track your progress, and reflect on your personal growth. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and transparently.
By using Blom, you understand that your information will be processed as described in this policy to provide core app features such as journal entries, reminders, statistics, achievements, and history views.
Blom does not use facial recognition, biometric analysis, face templates, or any comparable technology. We do not identify or verify users by face or other biometric characteristics.
If you choose to add photos to your journal entries, those images are used only for the features you request. Any image processing performed for app functionality is temporary, and the data used for that processing is deleted after the task is completed.
We do not sell your personal information or your journal content. We also do not share your user-generated content with third parties for their own marketing, advertising, or independent use.
Service providers that help us operate the app are bound by contractual obligations to protect information and use it only for the limited purposes we authorize.
You may request access to the information associated with your account, ask us to correct inaccurate data, delete your content or account, and export information where applicable. You may also withdraw consent for optional processing where consent is the legal basis for that processing.

Support messages may be retained for up to 6 months. Any temporary processing data is deleted after the related task is finished.

Any AI-assisted processing used within Blom is handled on our internal servers only. We do not send your content to third-party AI providers for processing.
Content submitted for processing is used only to complete the requested feature, deleted after processing, and not used for model training.
