By downloading, accessing, or using Blom, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and any policies referenced in it. If you do not agree, you must not use the app. Your continued use of Blom after any update to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blom and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the app. This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Blom may offer in-app purchases, including virtual coins or similar digital items, which are consumable and delivered through Apple’s in-app purchase system. These items have no monetary value, do not constitute property, and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or sold. Except where required by applicable law or Apple’s policies, all purchases are final and non-refundable once completed.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Blom grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app solely for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. No ownership rights are transferred to you, and any rights not expressly granted are reserved by Blom and its licensors.
Blom is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will meet your expectations or operate without errors.
You agree not to use Blom for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except where such restriction is prohibited by law; using bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated means to access the service; interfering with security or integrity; uploading malware or other harmful code; and posting or transmitting content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, deceptive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Blom is a thoughtfully designed gratitude journal app that helps you build a daily habit of reflection and appreciation. It allows you to create entries with categories such as family, friendship, health, and personal growth, identify the person or thing you are grateful for, describe your feelings, and attach photos so each memory is preserved in a meaningful way.
The service also includes visual progress tools such as a calendar heatmap, streak tracking, achievement badges, monthly analytics, and annual reviews that help you reflect on your journey over time. In addition, Blom may display a daily inspirational quote and support scheduled reminders to encourage consistency in your gratitude practice.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Blom, or the age required to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, if that age is higher. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using Blom on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity.
Certain features of Blom may generate or display automated content, insights, reminders, or summaries. These outputs are provided for informational and convenience purposes only and should not be treated as professional advice or as a guarantee of any particular result. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated content, and any reliance on such content is at your own risk.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Blom at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using Blom at any time by uninstalling the app and ceasing use of the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blom and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the app, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement or violation of any third-party rights.
Blom and all related features, design elements, logos, text, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license expressly granted to you under this Agreement, no rights are granted by implication or otherwise. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the app or its content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
You retain ownership of the journal entries, photos, notes, and other content you upload or submit through Blom. By submitting user content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt, and display that content solely as needed to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your user content.
Blom is provided on an “as available” basis, and we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the app at any time, including features, content, or support, without liability to you except as required by law.
You are responsible for the content you submit, the accuracy of information you provide, and your use of the app. You must ensure that your content does not infringe any rights, violate any law, or expose us or others to harm. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any credentials associated with your use of Blom.
We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, or our business practices. When we do, we may post the revised version within the app or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of Blom after the effective date of an updated Agreement means you accept the revised terms.
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or related to it will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent mandatory law requires otherwise. Any rights or remedies not permitted to be waived under applicable law remain available to the extent required.
